Refund & Return Policy

At Ramatva, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products (natural oils), we follow a strict return and refund policy.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

The product is damaged or leaking during transit.

You receive the wrong product.

To be eligible:

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Product must be unused, in original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at skyglobalventures2025@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9039977736 with:

Order ID

Product images (including outer packaging and invoice)

Reason for return

3. Return Approval
Once verified, we will approve your return request.

Our courier partner will pick up the item within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after return approval.to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Products opened or used.

Custom or combo packs.

Sale/discounted items unless defective.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges. In case of issues, please opt for a return and place a fresh order.
Exchange delivery will be done within 3 days .
